The FRCchat.org website was formerly a host to a web forum and a portal to an IRC restoration chat channel. It is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION as a replacement for the site foreskinrestorationchat.info, which shut down in September 2009.

The site has an extensive collection of links for foreskin restoration websites. It has a web-based client for the IRC chat #restorechat channel.
