Male circumcision efficacy "questionable given high HIV prevalence rates among traditionally circumcising populations." "In Malawi, you've got very big differences in the HIV epidemic from north to south and those differences dont correlate to differences in circumcision prevalence. High prevalence rates are in the southern part of the country, which is also where we have the most circumcision."

Proposed legislation on non-medical circumcisions has not progressed in Finland. None of Finlands university hospitals perform circumcisions for non-medical reasons, and the willingness of private doctors to do the procedure has declined.

    You can get a hookah silicon grommet and its cheaper than the tlc and its the same material and same shape.
