42 month progress report for my foreskin restoration

by Tally on February 9, 2012 Bookmark and Share

42 month foreskin restoration progress reportI started restoring my foreskin 42 months ago. That is three and one-half years. I have not tugged continuously that whole time, though.

I spent the first 52 years of my life never thinking about my circumcision. Like most others of my generation, I was circumcised shortly after birth. Growing up, I was just like everyone else - circumcised. It was my "normal." It was only when I was researching for my scheduled prostate surgery that I learned about circumcision and the problems that it could cause.

I also learned about foreskin restoration. I started manual tugging with method 2 as soon as I read about it on the web. I was driven. When I started tugging, I tugged a lot. And my progress was rapid.

At the time I learned about foreskin restoration, I had tight erections. I also had almost no sensitivity in my penis. I could masturbate fine, but sex was out of the question. I would pump and thrust and pump and thrust, seemingly for hours, all to no avail.

After about 4 months my masturbation technique changed because I had enough slack skin to stimulate my corona. After about 6 to 7 months I started having whole body orgasms. After about a year I had flaccid coverage. The more I tugged, the longer I stayed covered when flaccid. Then I started getting flaccid overhang. Life was good, again.

When I was circumcised, the doctor left me only a little inner foreskin. The more I restored, the more I realized that I wanted more. Unfortunately, my inner foreskin remnant grows slower than my outer skin. So, I started tugging my inner foreskin remnant exclusively.

Because I had full flaccid coverage and could enjoy the gliding action, I was not as driven to restore as I had been. Over the next year a slowly tapered off on my tugging. My progress also slowed down to no growth.

About a year and half ago I was still tugging, but only occasionally. I tugged in the shower most mornings. Sometimes I would tug in the evenings. At my most driven, I was manual tugging up to two-hours a day. During my slow time, I might have tugged 20 minutes a week.

Even though I was not truly actively tugging to restore my foreskin, I was enjoying the benefits of foreskin restoration. I had regained the sensitivity I had lost because my glans and inner foreskin remnant were fully protected with my new skin. I also had the gliding action. Boy, did that change things. Many think the damage from circumcision is loss of sensitivity. Sure, it is nice to be more sensitive. But the gliding action is different.

As the foreskin rolls over the corona, both the inner foreskin and the corona are stimulated in a way I never knew was possible before I started restoring. I now have orgasms. I can feel the tingling start with my penis and spread to the rest of my body. I can slow down or speed up my strokes to control how that feeling flows through my body. When I want, I can orgasm. I can also keep it going for a short time.

Before I started restoring, when I ejaculated, it was like an on-off switch. I would suddenly hit the point of no return and ejaculate. I would have to immediately stop moving because my glans would be super-sensitive. It was so sensitive that it was painful if I further stimulated it. Not anymore. With my restored foreskin, I can keep stroking as I orgasm and ride that wave until I come down to a gentle stop. It is all pure pleasure, now.

Last month I decided it was time to make some changes to my life. I going to the gym three times a week. Watching my diet. And I picked up the pace of my foreskin restoration efforts. I am tugging every morning and once every evening. I am also trying to tug at other times in the day. I am not tugging as much as when I first started, but I am regularly tugging. I am not yet finished restoring. But I am far along the path that I no longer feel the need to race along.

Measuring foreskin restoration progressI am a grower. Even though I have overhang when flaccid, I only have about 100% Forced Erect Coverage (FEC). I do not measure progress as religiously as I used to. I know foreskin restoration works. At least, as long as a person tugs regularly with enough tension.

What keeps me motivated is noticing differences in my body. I can do a few more reps or use more weight at the gym. That makes me want to keep on working out. Noticing that I can get an erection just by moving my foreskin back and forth, or that my orgasms are growing stronger is my motivation to continue tugging. Often the differences are subtle, but when I recognize them, they are very motivating.
