16 Month progress report for restoring foreskin

by Tally on December 10, 2009

16 month progress report of foreskin restoration of a routine infant circumcisionSixteen months sounds like a long time, but it is flying by for me. At least, now it is. I remember when I started tugging I thought, wow, this is going to take a long time! Well, not really. It also helps that my progress has been rapid. I went from a wrinkled shaft to full flaccid coverage in that time.

Full flaccid coverage is a good milestone. After reaching this point in my restoration, I have two more goals. I want to have enough inner foreskin to cover my glans. The other goal is that I want to have enough restored foreskin so that I don't have to wear a retainer to bed. I am working on the first goal almost exclusively now. I figure the second goal, not having to wear a foreskin retainer, will happen in time. Read more . . .

15 Month progress report for restoring foreskin

by Tally on November 10, 2009

15 month progress report of foreskin restoration of a circumcised maleAs of today, I have been restoring my foreskin for 15 months. I went from having tight erections to having enough slack skin that I can cover my glans when erect (if I pull the skin forward). If I don't pull the skin forward, my skin bunches behind my corona.

Even though it has been a long time, I don't feel like I have spent a lot of time working at restoring. My preferred method of restoring is to manual tug. When I started tugging, I spent up to two hours a day tugging. I spend less than an hour now. It does not feel like much because I multitask. I tug when I am waking up in the morning and have my morning wood. I tug in the shower. I tug for a minute or so every time I go to the bathroom. I tug when I am watching television or surfing the 'net. The minutes add up and I don't really feel like I am taking time out of the day to tug.

After a year and quarter of tugging, it does not feel right if I don't tug. I have been doing it long enough that it is a habit. One that I don't even think about. Read more . . .

1 year progress report for restoring foreskin

by Tally on August 10, 2009

Just one year ago I discovered foreskin restoration. Now, a year later, anyone would call me obsessed with foreskin restoration.

A lot has happened in the past year. I started restoration just before prostate surgery. Both that surgery and my foreskin restoration proved to be very successful. I became very active in the battle against routine infant circumcision. This website was born as part of my desire to be active. Read more . . .

Nine month progress report for restoring foreskin

I've been restoring my foreskin for 9 months. And, I miss Winter. Winter was a real ego boost because, with the cold weather, my foreskin covered my flaccid penis almost continuously. Read more . . .

Three month progress report for restoring foreskin

by Tally on December 10, 2008

This wraps up my third month of restoring. I am happy to report good progress with my manual tugging routine. I have been retaining all month with either the YourSkin Cone or a baby bottle nipple.  My glans has not yet dekeratinized, but my inner foreskin is getting more sensitive and the texture of the skin has changed.  I don't notice spontaneous rollover anymore because I am always retaining. Two month progress report for restoring foreskin

by Tally on October 10, 2008

I just finished up my second month of tugging.  I have been manually tugging about 1 to 2 hours a day.  I tug when I take a shower, when I read the paper, go to the bathroom, and any other time when I am not using my hands for anything and I have some privacy.  I tug for about 1 to 10 seconds, relax, tug for 1-10 seconds, relax, and repeat for between 1 and 30 minutes.  My preferred method of manual tugging is Read more . . .

My awakening: Starting my foreskin restoration journey

by Tally on August 23, 2008

Up until I was 52, I thought I was normal. I knew I was circumcised, but I really did not know what that meant. I knew I did not have a foreskin, but I've never seen one on another guy, and I had no idea what a foreskin was.

That changed on Saturday, August 9, 2008.  I was suffering from a severe case of acute bacterial prostatitus (ABP).  My urologist recommended surgery. Having a healthy dose of skepticism and wishing to be an informed patient, I began researching ABP and my options, both surgical and non-surgical. That Saturday I learned about male genital mutilation, commonly called circumcision. Until that day, I never realized what had been done to me when I was born. I was appalled and I finally understood the reason for some of the irritation and pains that I experienced with my penis. Read more . . .
